No, we only specialise in the design and certification phase of the home building process. However, we would be more than happy to connect you with boutique sized, custom home builders servicing wherever you want to build. Our services are geared towards helping our clients at the ‘beginning’ of the build journey.
Because when a home builder designs a custom home, they retain ownership of those plans. You can’t take the plans they created for you to another builder for the construction phase. With Design 360, you have 100% ownership of the plans we design for you, so you can put those plans out to tender and ‘shop around’ to find the right builder for you.
Yes! If you’re thinking of doing a significant renovation, such as adding an extension or remodeling a large portion of your home, we can certainly help you with the design and certification processes. We often do full draft plans for renovation projects for builders so they can be completely confident about measurements and utility connections. 
Yes, we can meet with you at the block you are considering purchasing for a no obligation consultation. We can point out things to you that you may not have realised about the block, such as whether retaining walls might be needed and what the best orientation would be for energy efficiency.
Yes, our team can take what an architect has done and turn their sketches into fully completed floor plans, ready for a builder to start construction on.
